Personal data we collect, why we collect it and with whom we share it with:

Webshop orders
We save these personal data when you place an order in our webshop: Address, Name, phone, e-mail address, IP address and the content of your order.
We need the name, address, phone, e-mail and order content, as these data are necessary to deliver the order and inform you about the delivery. We register your IP address to validate your order and to avoid fraud in our webshop. We do not register your payment details since you enter those directly into the payment gateway Quickpay.
We share your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order content with the following companies:

- DAO365 for delivery inside Denmark, so we are able to send the products to you.
– Sometimes, PostNord for delivery inside Denmark too, so that we can send the order to you. 
– UPS for deliveries outside Denmark, so that we can send the order to you. UPS share the data with their sub-contractors: FedEx, DHL, TNT and GLS depending on your chosen destination and delivery method.
Comments on our blog
If you leave comments on our blog we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address to help spam detection.
Cookies
To give you as much control as possible over your cookies, we’re using the cookie management tool by EU Cookie by - an app provided by Shopify that can be integrated to our webpage. You can find it in the footer of our website (“Cookie Settings”).
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for 1 year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.

How long we retain your data:
Your personal data information is kept for 5 years, and is then deleted. We save your data for this period of time as we are obligated to do so by Danish law for our company tax documentation.

What rights you have over your data:
You have the right to be informed on what information we keep on you. If you believe that the information is incorrect, you have the right to get it corrected. In some cases we are required to delete your personal data, if you ask us to do so. For instance, if you personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose.

Personal conditions

1. Payment
Nero Aurum accepts the following payment methods: Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Mobile Pay. The payment will first be placed, when the product is bought on the webshop.

For our Danish customers:
Nero Aurum bruger en godkendt betalingsserver, der krypterer alle dine kortoplysninger med SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protokol. Det betyder, at man ikke kan aflæse dine informationer.

Alle beløb er i DKK. Danske kroner og er inkl. Dansk moms. Priserne er uden fragt eller andre services som Nero Aurum måtte tilbyde. Nero Aurum forbeholder sig ret til at ændre priserne til enhver tid.

2. LEVERING
Nero Aurum sender kaffen ud senest 48 timer efter ordren er lavet. Fra her kan der gå 1-4 hverdage, før varen leveres til kunden.

Levering sker primært inden for Danmarks grænser.

Return Policy

To our Danish customers:
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven. Vores reklamationsret gælder for fejl i materiale og/eller fabrikation.

Reklamationen gælder ikke fejl eller skader begået ved fejlagtig betjening af ydelsen / produktet.

Vedlæg dit personlige ordrenummer, billede af skaden samt en beskrivelse af fejlen og evt. hvordan den opstod.

Nero Aurum vil dække returneringsomkostninger i et rimeligt omfang.

4. REFUSION
Hvis der er aftalt refusion, så bedes du sende dine bankoplysninger, så vi kan overføre det aftalte beløb.

5. FORTRYDELSESRET
Der gives 14 dages fuld returret på varer købt i vores Webshop.
Perioden regnes fra den dag, hvor du modtager ordren.

Produkter, som er taget i brug eller er blevet beskadiget kan ikke returneres.

Returneringsomkostninger skal du selv afholde.

Fortrydelse skal anmeldes til os senest 14 efter købet og fra fortrydelsen skal du senest 14 dage efter returnere forsendelsen.

Meddelelsen skal gives pr. mail på Contact@NeroAurum.com. I meddelelsen skal du gøre os tydeligt opmærksom på, at du ønsker at udnytte din fortrydelsesret.
